Your receipts do not become our dataset.

Receipt and PDF content is extracted in the browser where possible. When Google Drive OCR is needed, the selected file is uploaded to your Drive temporarily and deletion is requested after the OCR attempt.

Blue Crow's licensing service verifies one-time trial eligibility and plan access. It does not receive your receipt images, webpage contents, extracted expense rows or Google Sheet contents.

Where does my receipt data go?

Receipt and invoice details are written to a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. Blue Crow's licensing service does not receive your receipt images, PDF contents, extracted rows or Sheet contents.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan extracts receipt details from web pages. New users can activate a one-time, no-card 3-day Pro trial for PDF invoice and receipt-image processing.

How much does Pro cost?

New users can try Pro for 3 days without a card. After the trial, Pro is GBP 3.99 per month or GBP 29 per year. VAT is included where applicable and subscriptions can be managed through Stripe.

Is Receipt Export Pro accounting or Making Tax Digital software?

No. It helps maintain digital expense records but does not submit updates or tax returns to HMRC. Check extracted values and use appropriate accounting or MTD-compatible submission software where required.
